So, this sure was a movie! It was to Benjamin Button what Eric Bana is to Brad Pitt – the less charismatic, less interesting version of basically the same thing. Also, the central romance in this thing is fucked up and creepy.

Still, I am enough of a sap that I misted up at the appropriate places, and if Eric Bana is never going to be much of a superstar, he’s generically bland enough to work as this cipher of a protagonist.
