This is a rockumentary about a (real) band called Anvil that was apparently briefly popular in the ’80s and which is still going on, singing ‘80s-style metal to an audience that increasingly sort of fails to exist.

The movie is SAD SAD SAD, but well-done. It can’t help feeling like an homage to Spinal Tap, except that it is actually real.
