So, I’m also watching LOTR:TT again, because, hey. So here’s the thing: I haven’t watched it in a while, and last time I watched it I was really noticing how the new bits got added into the movie I saw in the theater, and it was hard to view it as a single seamless film. Well, now I haven’t seen the non-extended edition in like three years, so when I watch it, I don’t see the seams any more — I can’t tell which parts were in the Theater Edit and which parts weren’t, so it all just looks like one movie. And I have to say, it’s better this way.
