wait, no, that’s not quite right. But it’s also not far off. This is a lot like Stalker in broad outline, all about exploring this area where nobody knows the rules of what can happen there, but it’s almost certainly semi-magical and possibly lethal.

As a science-fiction story, I think it kinda falls down in the way that “unexplained weird shit is happening” SF often does, raising interesting questions but then not really giving the kind of answers you’d hope for. But it’s atmospheric af and well-made, so if you like SF horror, hey, here you go.
