So you know how the first two movies were pretty lame, and then the third one was good?

Well, this one is more like the first ones; it ignores the actual significant things about the novel to try to replicate plot points. Angsty Harry? Nope. The whole anti-Harry sentiment thing? About a minute and a half of screen time. The reporter lady? Insignificant. Sirius? Cameo, nothing more. Hermione/Ron? Only present where they couldn’t not be present without the thing making no sense at all. Cho Chang? She has a line of dialogue. I think.

But we get lots of Wizard Tournament challenges, laden with special effects! Which is awesome because, um, special effects are cool? I guess?

I don’t understand the positive reviews this movie’s gotten, because it’s frankly not good at all.
