It’s probably surprising that I’ve never seen this before, really, all things considered, but there you go. Verdict: Enh. Funny bits, but mixed in amongst way too much rampant silliness and wacky zaniness. Nowhere near as good as Grail or Life of Brian, which have a few silly/zany bits mixed in amongst much funniness. I think maybe they work best with a narrative framework to quasi-constrain them.
