I think if it were the ’80s and something like this came out, it would be hailed as a work of genius, because seriously, do you remember how bad cartoons in the ‘80s were? No, you don’t, because you were a small child and had no taste. But they were horrid.

This, while not being great, isn’t horrid. But while it would have been an instant classic 20 years ago, today it’s just another superhero cartoon. Verdict: Things today are way awesomer than they were 20 years ago.
