Um, wow. I thought that misogynistic early Bond was about as offensive as it could get, but I failed to reckon with Blaxploitation-era Bond. Seriously, EVERY BLACK PERSON IN THE MOVIE IS IN CAHOOTS WITH THE BAD GUYS[1]. This is like something out of the paranoid nightmares of racists.

The part where a really boring speedboat chase is interrupted with Southern cracker sheriff humour (at tedious length) doesn’t serve to make up for it, and really, it’s just a very bad movie that nobody should bother watching.
